Use this turtle color wheel printable to make your own color wheel in the shape of a turtle. Simply paint the primary colors onto the printable with a space between each color and then mix up your secondary colors to fill in the gaps.

There are several varieties of this printable available, some of which have the colors needed to complete the color wheel written on them as a guide.

Fun learning activity

My granddaughter has been in a "loving turtles" phase, so I was pleased to use this activity to introduce terms like color wheel, primary and secondary colors. She loved painting the sections and, of course, mixing the paints.
