I have made Artist Bundles for our Summer Campers in the past, so I know how much time and effort it takes to gather the information and put it in a kid-friendly format. I really liked that they show different techniques of creating the art. It was easy to instruct for the teachers and very popular with the kids. I would have liked to see pictures of one or two famous works by the artist, in the artist bio. Price is great too!
We did this project with our early childhood students with their parents as a hands-on activity.
They used paint to put handprints on the poem and decorated as they like. They loved it.
It is a great idea for primary and even elementary students. We are an arts integrated school and I love the idea of using tissue paper instead of crayons or markers. I also love the videos you share.
Looking for a last minute craft idea, I came across this simple, yet very well designed Lunar New Year printable. My students enjoyed coloring in the design and creating the 3D model. They had a very fun time and liked the overall look of the final product. Thank you!!!!
The kids in my day home really really loved the lanterns! I added a piece of cardboard at the bottom of the lantern and inserted one of the flame less tea lights inside and the kids absolutely loved it. They were so proud to show the parents. I believe some of them used it for night lights! Thank you Messy Little Monsters for a template that can be used in a number of ways and be kicked up a notch or two!
I just love the backyard scavenger hunt that you made it is perfect for a trail I made for my grandchildren it covers all the areas. It’s so creative and easy to understand. Nice bright colors.
Very easy to download, print and resource.
Fast and effective. The quality of prints are great!
The children colouring and decorating there crown.
Thank you making such a quick and easy to make craft resource for children.
The bundle gives you a lot of options which is great if you have children of varying ages. The lines are far enough apart for new writers have the space to fit their words. I am very impressed!
I have several dedicated readers among my 11 grandchildren (ranging in age from 5 ~ 17) and some of them have taken the challenge. Hooray! I completely believe that reading children become thinking adults!
Thank you, Louise, for your wonderful contributions to our "Grammie & Grampy Mondays! :-)
I have been looking for an activity planner like this for a long time, and hadn’t found one that I loved until this popped up! I’m excited to put them to use starting today!
The turtle colour wheel was a fabulous activity which I used with my class as part of our under the sea theme. They loved mixing the colours to get the secondary colours. We then cut them out and added them to our collage.
We did this activity after reading a book about a little witch yesterday. The children LOVED this! I got out crafts items for them to pick and glue to their paper before we sat down and shared our spell with the group. What a hit! Great activity!
I love all of the wonderful things that you share and am so grateful for your generous spirit! I'm all about encouraging reading! As the saying goes, children who read become adults who THINK! And goodness knows, we certainly need more thinking adults! ;-)
