Make your own solar system model project using these solar system diorama printables. You will also need a cardboard box to complete this solar system craft.

To make your solar system diorama begin by printing out the solar system background, planets and space rocket onto thick white paper or thin cardstock.

Pages 1 and 2 of the pdf make up the base and background of your solar system model. Glue the solar system background and base to a cardboard box. Then cut out the smaller background pieces, these will be used to glue planets to so they can be placed in various places on your base, but appear as if they are floating.

Finally cut out, color, and glue on your choice of planets and the rocket. Use the image as a guide.
